Bulgogi
1 lb rib eye beef 1 med onion
chopped 5 T soy sauce 2.5 T sugar 4 T chopped green
onion 2 T minced garlic 2 T sesame seeds 2 T sesame
oil 1/2 t. black pepper
Combine ingredients then
marinate in refrigerator for 1-2 hours or overnight.
Best cooked over a charcoal
grill. |
