German Beef

1 pound stew beef
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 onion -- chopped
1 can mushroom
1 can beef broth

Brown the stew beef. Add remaining ingredients except mushrooms. Simmer for 2 hours. Add mushrooms. Thicken and serve over noodles.
