HUNGARIAN
NOODLE CAKE CASSEROLE
1 large package wide noodles, boiled not
quite completely done, rinsed and drained. Put into greased 9 x 13
inch pan. Cream together:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream
cheese 1 stick butter 4 eggs (or 1 carton egg substitute) 1
c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. scalded skim milk
Pour
over noodles.
TOPPING:
1/2 c.
sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. crushed corn
flakes
Sprinkle over top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
and 10 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
