Enchiladas
1 lb hamburger 1/2 cup chopped onions ( or more
if you'd like) 1 cup cream of mushroom soup 1/3 cup milk 1
10 oz can of enchilada sauce 2 teaspoons chopped green chili's
(optional) 1-1/2 cup cheddar cheese 1-1/2 cup Jack, Swiss or
mozzarella cheese flour tortillas
Brown hamburger and
onions. Add soup, milk, enchilada sauce and chili's. Simmer while
shredding and mixing the cheeses. Put some of the cheese mixture in
each tortilla and roll up. Place all tortillas in a 9x13 glass pan.
Pour meat mixture over the tortillas. If you want you can add more
cheese to the top. ( I don't) Bake at 350 for 20 to 30
minutes.
