Chinese Chicken

4 teaspoons Soy sauce
3/4 cup Ketchup
3/4 cup -water
2 tablespoons Vinegar
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1 Onion -- diced

ds Garlic powder; not salt ds Seasoned salt 3 1/2 lb Chicken; fryer, cut up
Mix all the ingredients but the chicken.
Place chicken in a shallow baking dish.
Pour sauce over chicken and
bake (uncovered) for 1 to 1 1/2 hours in a 350 degree oven.
Baste every once in awhile.
