Broccoli & Mushroom Stir-Fry               

2 cups broccoli       
2 cups sliced portabella mushrooms       
1 carton firm tofu       
8 oz. can mushroom gravy       
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce       
2 Tbsp. arrowroot       
other spices to taste      

         
1. Heat arrowroot in 1/2 cup water.

2. Add gravy and soy sauce.

3. Add brocoli and let simmer on a medium flame for about 5 minutes.

4. Add mushrooms and tofu.

5. Add other spices to taste.

6. Heat until broccoli is cooked to desired texture
